Ashley St. Clair, who claims to be the mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child, has recently directed harsh criticism at the Tesla CEO amid a legal dispute between the two. In a public statement, St. Clair referred to Musk as a “petulant man-child” and criticized his behavior, as their ongoing legal case intensifies.
Musk, in response, disclosed the financial arrangements he has made with St. Clair, which reportedly include a multi-million-dollar lump sum and a substantial annual payment. A video shared on social media, which is hosted on Musk’s platform, shows St. Clair being interviewed by reporters while attempting to sell a $100,000 Tesla, believed to have been gifted to her by Musk. When asked why she was selling the vehicle, St. Clair explained, “I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support.”
In the same interview, when questioned about whether Musk was acting “vindictive” toward her, St. Clair responded, “Well, that’s his modus operandi, when women speak out.” She further remarked, “You can check the stocks, I’m not the only one cleaning up after his messes. The markets are catching up to what I have known for a long time.”
St. Clair has alleged that Musk is the father of her child, an assertion that has led to further legal proceedings. On February 21, she filed two petitions with the New York Supreme Court: one seeking sole legal custody of their five-month-old child, referred to as “RSC,” and the other requesting Musk to undergo a paternity test.
Musk, who reportedly has not been in contact with St. Clair since February 13, responded publicly on Twitter, stating, “I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed. Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”
In her reply on Twitter, St. Clair responded, “Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused. And you weren’t sending me money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary… until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience’. But you’re really only punishing your son.”
She continued, “It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it.”
Representatives for Elon Musk have been contacted for comment regarding the ongoing legal matters.
